For the full fiscal year ending March 2026, Vadilal Dairy International recorded a net loss of Rs 0.68 crore, an improvement from the net loss of Rs 0.89 crore reported for the year ending March 2025. The company's sales for the full year decreased by 9.24%, amounting to Rs 24.17 crore, down from Rs 26.63 crore in the previous year.

The company's operating profit margin (OPM) for the quarter stood at 15.22%, a decrease from 17.63% in the previous year. Profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) for the quarter increased by 23% to Rs 2.36 crore, compared to Rs 1.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter rose by 31% to Rs 1.94 crore, up from Rs 1.48 crore recorded in the same quarter the previous year. For the full year, PBT improved by 17%, reporting a loss of Rs 0.86 crore compared to a loss of Rs 1.04 crore in the year ending March 2025.
