The consumer price index, which characterizes the inflation rate in Kyrgyzstan, amounted to 100.3% in September 2023 compared to the previous month, and 105.7% compared to December of the previous year. The National Statistics Committee published such data in its materials.

In September 2023, compared to the previous month, prices for food products and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the republic decreased by 0.3%. At the same time, a decrease in prices was noted for granulated sugar - by 2.9%, cereals - by 2.4%, oils and fats - by 0.9%, lamb - by 0.7%, beef liver - by 0. 5% and beef - by 0.2%.
At the same time, prices for bottled milk increased by 1.7%, chicken eggs - by 1.6%, flour - by 1.5%, horse meat - by 0.7%, and sausages - by 0.5%.
