In Kyrgyzstan, 55 Companies are Engaged in Milk Processing
Currently, there are 55 entities in Kyrgyzstan specializing in milk processing. These companies produce liquid milk, cream, cheese, fermented dairy products, and ice cream.
The largest concentration of milk processing enterprises is in the Chuy Region, where 21 companies are registered. Bishkek ranks second with 9 enterprises. In the Issyk-Kul Region, 7 companies are operating.
In the Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, and Talas Regions, there are 4 companies each involved in milk processing. In the city of Osh, there are 2 companies in operation.
