As specified, the joint production of ice cream will be located in Liaoning province. The project partner from the Belarusian side will be the Slutsk enterprise. It can be assumed that we are talking about the Slutsk cheese-making plant, which has sufficient capacity to meet demand in the Chinese market. This enterprise is one of the three “million-plus” manufacturers in terms of product output with an indicator of 1.1 million tons per year.

According to Belarusian dairy enterprises, China requires huge quantities of ready-made ice cream mixtures.
