Nuria M. Arribas emphasizes the need for cohesion in the Spanish dairy industry, as current consumption patterns show a gap in meeting nutritional recommendations.

In a recent interview with Agrodigital, Nuria M. Arribas, the managing director of InLac, reviewed the achievements of the Spanish dairy sector and emphasized that the key to its future lies in the cohesion among all its actors. Among the milestones highlighted were promotional campaigns such as "Three dairy products a day", "Count on European dairy products", and "Te lo Agradece", which have had a massive impact and strengthened the image of the sector.
Arribas pointed out that although 98% of Spanish households consume dairy products, only 45% meet the recommended three daily servings. Efforts are being stepped up to educate and promote generational renewal. InLac operates as a stable forum for producers, cooperatives, and industry—with regular meetings, transparency, and technical advice—to encourage dialogue and unity.
