However, family-run and medium-sized farms, which contribute significantly to national production, often receive technology before they have the capacity to use it effectively. The bottleneck is not the absence of tools but the lack of trained individuals to interpret them.

Silveira emphasizes the importance of circulating technical knowledge to farms rather than keeping it within universities and research centers. Some medium-sized cooperatives are beginning to establish their own technical assistance hubs and local discussion groups.

These initiatives aim to make knowledge sharing a regular practice rather than a one-time event, as highlighted by the annual Agroleite event. The goal is to embed this practice into the daily routines of farms to enhance productivity and decision-making.
