Shares of Zlatmoko Are Auctioned with Discounts and Debts
The sale is conducted in the form of a public offering. The lot price will decrease by 5% every five calendar days, with the minimum sale price set at 55.6 million rubles. The results will be announced on November 18. The organizer is the insolvency administrator of LLC 'Region-Resource Group,' registered in the Sverdlovsk region and declared bankrupt in 2022.
This procedure is another attempt to sell the dairy plant in Zlatoust. In 2020, the asset was acquired by the 'Region-Resource' Group. In 2022, the enterprise was listed on 'Avito' for 280 million rubles; at that time, the seller expressed the owner's interest in maintaining production and searching for either a buyer or co-investor. In 2024, the plant was offered at public auctions for 450 million rubles, and in June 2025 for 405.2 million rubles. In both cases, buyers were not found.
The valuation of 138.9 million rubles is based on the results of the inventory and analysis of accounts receivable. The enterprise's movable property is valued at 63.1 million rubles. The production complex includes a 2.7-hectare plot, a main two-story building of 3.7 thousand sq. m, a cheese workshop of 1.4 thousand sq. m, and a milk drying installation.
According to auction materials, the total debt of the company amounts to 90.55 million rubles. LLC 'Bugulma Dairy Plant' accounts for 46.9 million rubles. The list of debtors also includes LLC 'Karavan' with total debts of approximately 9 million rubles and LLC 'Arabisc Corporation' with a debt of 2.6 million rubles; the latter legal entity has been liquidated.
Simultaneously, 'Zlatmoko' JSC is involved in judicial and bankruptcy proceedings. LLC 'Zlatoust Vodokanal' demanded 531.2 thousand rubles from the enterprise for fulfilling obligations under power supply contracts. On September 16, the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region ruled in favor of the plaintiff. In addition, 'Zlatmoko' is mentioned in bankruptcy cases concerning LLC 'Project 21' and the parent company, 'Region-Resource.'
Managing partner at IPM Consulting Anastasia Vladimirova stated that nominal accounts receivable rarely fully translate into cash proceeds in bankruptcy auctions. According to her, such claims may be overdue or disputable, and their liquidation value usually amounts to 20–30% of nominal value. She also noted that the equipment requires an independent technical audit, checks for compliance with sanitary and veterinary standards, adaptation to the labeling system, and costs for launching workshops.
Vladimirova estimates that the lot may be of interest to regional agricultural holdings, private label manufacturers, and companies needing additional capacities for contract cheese production. The expert pointed out that the attractiveness of the deal depends on the buyer's willingness to make additional investments, which may be comparable to the purchase price. After reducing the range of kiosks, the company's products are currently unavailable in Zlatoust.
