Süü Company Launches SUU 2.0 Factory in Mongolia

The new factory of the joint-stock company Süü has officially started operations in Mongolia. The 2,590.6 square meter facility integrates raw milk reception, processing, sterilization, and packaging into one system.

The production line is equipped with machinery from companies like GEA from Germany, Tetra Pak from Sweden, Elecster from Finland, FENCO from Italy, and SERAC from France. The facility also features an aseptic line, automated milk processing systems, and a centralized control system, MCC.

The complex includes automatic CIP cleaning and sterilization systems, allowing for the cleaning of equipment and pipelines without disassembly. MCC provides real-time centralized control over production processes.

Construction of SUU 2.0 began in 2024, and the plant was fully operational two years after the project's inception. According to the company, Süü's production capacity will double as a result.

The daily volume of milk processing will increase from 200 to 400 tons. The company attributes the project's expansion to increased dairy production, product range expansion, and the development of children's products. The opening ceremony highlighted the control of technological operations, compliance with production protocols, and maintenance of stable product quality.

Süü, operational since 1958, is among Mongolia's oldest enterprises. The company has announced its goal to fully meet the country's domestic milk and dairy product demand within two to five years, utilizing the new factory's modern facilities and technological capabilities.
