In the first six months of 2025, Russian ice cream exports reached nearly 8,000 tons, with export revenues exceeding $36 million USD. These figures were presented by Ilya Ilyushin, Head of the Federal Center "Agroexport," as reported by Dairynews.today.

According to the center’s estimates, the volume of ice cream shipments increased by 13% in physical terms and by 40% in value compared to the same period in 2024. The growth is attributed to both the expansion of export geography and a rise in the average price of exported products.
