Russia has suspended the import of dairy products from two Azerbaijani producers

Rosselkhoznadzor announced the restriction of dairy product imports to Russia from two Azerbaijani companies — LLC "Allbuy" and LLC "Milk Products." The decision was made following a notification from the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency, which informed the Russian side that the mentioned companies do not plan to continue exporting to Russia.
Based on the received information, the Russian regulator restricted the access of products from these manufacturers to the country's territory.
Additionally, Rosselkhoznadzor sent a request to the Azerbaijani side asking for information on the origin of raw materials from other suppliers who continue to export to Russia. These include LLC "Atena," LLC "Azemal," and LLC "AZ. Milka Export." The Russian side expects a response to this request by July 14.
It is also reported that Azerbaijan has restricted the import of livestock and animal products.
