According to Artyom Belov, milk and dairy production in Russia continues to grow. In the first quarter of 2025, butter production exceeded 83,000 tons, confirming the industry's upward trend.

The dairy category is socially significant and sensitive to household income levels. As incomes grow, consumption increases. The second key factor is exports. Although 85% of exported products go to CIS countries, Russian branded goods enjoy stable demand there,” Artyom Belov emphasized.

Experts predict that the current trend of growing dairy consumption and production in Russia will continue through the end of 2025.
