Rosselkhoznadzor Identifies 702 Undocumented Cattle in Orenburg Region

The regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor identified a violation at LLC 'Pridolinnoe', located in the Tashlinsky district of the Orenburg region. The inspection covered farms in the villages of Solnechny and Alekseevka.

Initially, specialists compared data from the federal state information system 'VetIS' using components 'Horriot' and 'Mercury'. The system listed 1,245 heads of cattle for the enterprise.

On October 9, inspectors conducted an on-site survey of the farm. According to the State Veterinary Department of the Tashlinsky District, there were over 1,900 heads of cattle on the farm. The discrepancy between the recorded and actual figures amounted to 702 animals.

Rosselkhoznadzor reported that the absence of animals in the 'Horriot' component does not comply with veterinary legislation requirements. This information is necessary for tracking the movement of supervised goods and conducting veterinary inspections of livestock.

Following the identification of discrepancies, the agency scheduled an unscheduled on-site inspection for October 15. Based on its results, a decision will be made regarding administrative actions against LLC 'Pridolinnoe'.
