The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, has approved a plan to relocate dairy farms from Quetta to areas outside of the city's municipal limits. The government of Balochistan, led by Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, has announced a decision to relocate dairy farms from Quetta to regions beyond the city's municipal boundaries. This plan was approved during a meeting focused on reform measures intended to enhance departmental efficiency and safeguard public health.

A special committee has been established to review and oversee the relocation process. This committee is tasked with submitting a comprehensive report on the plan within one week, ensuring the initiative's smooth execution.

Additionally, the meeting approved new recruitments within the livestock and dairy development department, highlighting the government's commitment to bolstering the sector. The Chief Minister emphasized that these reforms are expected to create employment opportunities throughout the province, significantly boosting milk and meat production.

The relocation initiative is anticipated to strengthen Balochistan's economy and improve the standard of living by enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the dairy and livestock sectors.
