The Holland Industrial Group, in partnership with Aligned Asset Group, has announced a significant online auction event featuring surplus assets from the operations of Prairie Farms and Hiland Dairy. Scheduled to take place on February 10 and 11, the auction will present over 700 lots of dairy and ice cream processing equipment to the global market.

The auction includes a diverse selection of late-model equipment sourced from facilities located in Hazelwood, Missouri; Memphis, Tennessee; and Tyler, Texas. Notable items include ice cream and milk processing systems, carton fillers, boilers, HTST pasteurizers, and homogenizers.

Among the highlights are stainless-steel tanks of varying capacities, from raw milk silos up to 48,000 gallons, to pasteurized and culture tanks. Packaging equipment includes canners, casers, robotic case handling systems, and other essential machinery for dairy processing.

Manufacturers represented in the auction include renowned names such as Gram Equipment, Evergreen Packaging, and SteriKap. According to Alex Holland, President of Holland Industrial Group, this auction offers a unique opportunity to acquire proven production assets without the delays associated with purchasing new equipment.

The auction will be held entirely online, allowing bidders to participate remotely. Detailed descriptions and photographs of each lot are available in the online catalog, and interested parties are encouraged to register early to participate.
