The Portland Timbers, a prominent MLS team, have unveiled Tillamook Dairy as their new jersey sponsor starting in the 2024 season. This partnership marks the beginning of a multi-year agreement with the Oregon-based dairy cooperative.
The Timbers sported their new jerseys featuring the Tillamook brand for the first time in today's match against the Seattle Sounders, held at their home stadium.
Despite taking an early lead with a goal from Felipe Mora at the 15th minute, Portland eventually fell to Seattle with a final score of 2-1. Seattle’s Cristian Roldan and Raul Ruidiaz scored, turning the game around for the visitors.
The new sponsorship with Tillamook comes after the Timbers ended their previous agreement with DaBella following harassment allegations against DaBella’s CEO. This new partnership promises a fresh start for the Timbers' jerseys as they move forward into the upcoming season.
