Pilgrims Choice Expands with New 'Inclusions' Cheese Range

Ornua’s Pilgrims Choice brand in the UK is on the cusp of an exciting expansion as it unveils its latest creation, the 'Inclusions' range. This collection of blended cheeses is designed to excite food enthusiasts by combining Pilgrims Choice’s signature mature cheddar with an array of herbs, spices, vegetables, and seasonings.

The Inclusions range aims to provide a culinary-led solution for gastronomy aficionados eager to discover innovative flavors and novel cooking styles.

Available in block, grated, and sliced formats, the range presents a medley of enticing flavor combinations:

• The Italian one, Garlic & Herb: A medley of garlic, chives, and black pepper creates a pesto-inspired taste, perfect for elevating Italian-style meals such as pasta bakes, pizzas, and toasted ciabatta sandwiches.
• The Mexican one, Smoked Paprika: A lively combination of smoked paprika, smoked water, spicy paprika, and sweet caramelized onion offers the quintessential spice needed to enhance numerous Mexican dishes.
• The American one, Hot Honey: Featuring the trending 'hot honey' blend, this cheese incorporates paprika, jalapeño, honey, and white wine vinegar, making it ideal for topping burgers or sprinkling over mac and cheese, pizzas, wraps, hot dogs, and BBQ cuisine.
