Officially Canceled: The Camelid Experience NYC 2025 will not take place due to global instability and security concerns

This difficult decision was made due to a number of serious external factors that rendered it impossible to hold the event as originally scheduled:

Escalation of global tensions and the conflict in the Middle East:
The rapidly deteriorating situation between Israel and Iran, along with general instability in the region, presents significant safety risks for international guests, speakers, and participants, making travel and participation unfeasible.

Visa denials and border issues:
Several participants have encountered unexpected denials of U.S. visas. Even those with valid visas have reported being stopped in transit zones or denied entry upon arrival in the United States, followed by unexplained deportations.

Tightening international restrictions and precautionary measures:
Heightened security screenings, restrictions on international flights, and growing political instability have disrupted logistics and key organizational processes.

The organizing committee expressed deep regret over the cancellation, emphasizing that the safety of all participants remains the highest priority. The decision was made in the best interest of everyone involved.
