This week the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act (H.R. 1147), writes Ohio Dairy Producer's Association.

This is the bipartisan bill that will expand the milk options schools can choose to serve in federal school meal programs to include 2% and whole milk, in addition to the non-fat and 1% varieties currently allowed.
"ODPA has been advocating for this bill with the US Congressional Delegation all year and we need your help! Please contact your state representative to urge them to support whole milk in schools and vote YES on the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act", - writes Ohio Dairy Producer's Association.
