North Ossetia Allocates 1.9 Billion Rubles for Agricultural Development

Almost 1.9 billion rubles are allocated for the development of the agro-industrial complex in North Ossetia. This was announced by the press service of the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District (SKFO).

The funding is intended for several areas, including support for the republic's farming enterprises and agricultural companies. A separate portion of the funds is allocated for the modernization of social infrastructure.

The work on social infrastructure is outlined in the 'Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas' program, where support measures for the agro-industrial complex are combined with the renewal of social infrastructure in rural areas.

The republic is also focusing on training personnel for the agricultural sector. Agritechnological classes are being established in schools, where students are introduced to modern professions related to agriculture.

Nearly 48 million rubles are allocated for equipping agritechnological classes in 2026. These funds are also intended for additional payments to teachers and university professors. Therefore, about 48 million rubles of separate funding are dedicated to educational training and payments to educational staff.

The announcement about funding for the development of the agro-industrial complex and personnel training was published by the press service of the presidential envoy to the SKFO. However, the information provided does not specify the allocation of the nearly 1.9 billion rubles across the areas, the list of support recipients, the number of agritechnological classes, or the specific social infrastructure that will be modernized.
