The new facility, set to be located in Seward, represents DARI Processing investment's efforts to rejuvenate the local dairy sector after over six decades without such a project. Sector leaders emphasize that the facility is not only a modern structure but also a catalyst for large-scale opportunities in dairy production.
The core product of the new facility will be an innovative dairy beverage named "Moo’V Real Milk," which differentiates itself with its ultra-filtered, lactose-free, and high-protein composition. Notably, its aseptic packaging extends its shelf life to 14 months without refrigeration, making it a valuable addition to the market.
