The 29th edition of Gulfood, which will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center from 19 to 23 February 2024, will attract a record 5,500+ exhibitors from over 127 countries. During the fourth day of the exhibition, dedicated to innovations in nutrition, a panel discussion “Using innovations in products” will take place. One of the speakers will be Mikhail Mishchenko, director of the Dairy Market Research Center (DIA), The DairyNews reports.
