The Mexican dairy company Liconsa is set to release an international tender for technological advancements at its Milk Plant located in the Bicentennial Industrial Park of San Francisco de Campeche. This initiative, announced by the state manager Abid Moo Cruz, aims to bolster the technological framework of the facility.

The project represents a substantial investment of 120 million pesos, sourced from the Federal Budget for Fiscal Year 2025. It marks a strategic effort by the federal government, under the leadership of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, to strengthen food security nationwide by boosting milk production from 45 million to 100 million liters annually.
