Leche para el Bienestar and FCE Launch Training Initiative
Leche para el Bienestar, a Mexican federal organization, has teamed up with the Fondo de Cultura Económica (FCE) to initiate a literary event titled “El Fondo en tu Dependencia.” The event, held on July 7 and 8, 2026, at the organization’s headquarters, aims to promote the professional development of its staff by offering access to over 600 specialized titles and training workshops.
The opening ceremony was led by Dr. Víctor Hugo Pérez Rojas, representing the director general Antonio Talamantes Geraldo. The initiative seeks to enhance the technical and institutional capabilities of public servants by promoting continuous learning and reading habits as strategic pillars to improve competitiveness and efficiency within the organization.
A significant highlight of the event was the presentation of the book “Ley General de Mecanismos Alternativos de Solución de Controversias Comentada.” This book, coordinated by legal expert Ernesto Samuel Rea Cano, explores alternative dispute resolution methods applicable within institutional settings. Organizers emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of dialogue to optimize performance in the public agro-food sector.
The event ensures free access to the various editorial collections provided by FCE to all employees during the specified period. This initiative aims to modernize the technical and human competencies of the organization's workforce, directly impacting the execution of national food policy.
By integrating collaborative and legal concepts, the initiative strives to build a more transparent and accessible administrative structure, beneficial to production units, dairy producers, and social supply program beneficiaries.
