Miller's Organic Farm, based in Lancaster County, is facing a lawsuit for repeated violations related to the sale of raw milk products.

The Pennsylvania Attorney General, Michelle Henry, and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture filed the lawsuit, alleging that the farm failed to obtain proper licenses and permits, sold illegal raw milk products, and distributed raw milk products outside of Pennsylvania.
These actions violate Pennsylvania's Milk Sanitation Law, Food Safety Act, Retail Food Facility Safety Act, and Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. The legal action follows a recent search warrant served at the farm after reports of food-borne illnesses linked to the facility. Despite previous court orders, the farm continued to operate out of compliance, and samples from the farm tested positive for Listeria earlier this month.
The lawsuit aims to address the public health risks associated with the sale of unregulated products and enforce compliance with food safety laws.
