Kyrgyzstan has successfully slashed its dairy product imports by 6.4% in 2023, as reported by the National Statistical Committee.
The import of dairy products saw a notable decrease, reaching a total of 10,300 tons.
The primary imports encompassed non-condensed milk and cream, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, and kefir.
In terms of dollars, the import value of dairy products experienced a decline of 9.4%, amounting to $22 million.
