Koko Dairy Free has launched a new iteration of its yoghurt alternatives, making significant strides in health-conscious food innovation. The company has effectively reduced the sugar content in its plain yoghurt offering from 4.2g to a mere 0.3g per 100g.
Alongside this reduction in sugar, the ingredient list has been simplified from 11 components to just six, while also incorporating additional cultures to enhance the product's nutritional value.
