As part of a national strategy to reduce import dependency by 2027, Kazakhstan will implement 570 investment projects worth 2.1 trillion tenge. These initiatives aim to boost the agricultural sector, expand processing capacities, and create new jobs, particularly in rural areas, according to DairyNews.today, citing the Kazakh Ministry of Agriculture.

  • 105 livestock projects – 152.1 billion tenge
  • 101 dairy farms – 263 billion tenge
  • 31 poultry projects – 397.7 billion tenge
  • 108 processing industry projects – 582.6 billion tenge

Economic and Social Impact
