Hochdorf and Pharmalys Jointly Launch Hochdorf Laboratories SA

Hochdorf and Pharmalys have officially announced the creation of a joint venture called Hochdorf Laboratories SA. This initiative is led by Hochdorf with strategic support from its owner, AS Equity Partners. The partnership aims to integrate Hochdorf’s production technology with Pharmalys’ brand portfolio, creating a single legal entity that focuses on infant nutrition brands.

This collaboration is expected to drive increased efficiency and faster decision-making, facilitating sustainable and profitable growth. Andreas Schulte, founder and managing partner at AS Equity Partners, emphasized the strategic and financial backing his firm would provide to ensure the venture's long-term success.

Amir Mechria, chairman of the board at Pharmalys Laboratories, highlighted the synergy created by combining Hochdorf’s industrial capabilities with Pharmalys’ commercial strengths. The new entity is positioned as a high-performance platform aimed at international expansion.
