Hiland Dairy Expands Tyler, Texas Facility with Major Investment
“This expansion is more than just growth in our physical footprint; it’s a commitment to the future of Tyler,” said Rick Beaman, president of Hiland Dairy. He emphasized the company’s gratitude for the local community’s support and their intention to continue offering stable, good-paying jobs to the area.
The expansion will significantly enhance Hiland Dairy's ability to meet the rising demand for high-quality dairy products across Texas. Barry Beaman, general manager of the Tyler plant, noted that this investment will not only expand the company's production capabilities but also ensure Tyler remains a key hub for Hiland’s regional operations. The project is expected to generate numerous employment opportunities, further bolstering the economic health of the community.
Having been part of the Tyler community since 1927, the plant became a member of the Hiland Dairy family in 2017. Over the years, the facility has played a crucial role in delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products to Texans.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion will take place on September 24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with city and company officials in attendance. “This expansion is a testament to our commitment to the community and our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in dairy production,” Barry Beaman added, underscoring the company's focus on excellence and its long-term vision for growth in the region.
