Grupo Lala launches the “Échale Un Poquito Más” campaign
Grupo Lala presented its new communication platform and commercial campaign, “Échale Un Poquito Más”, across Mexico on September 2nd. The company said the initiative is designed to highlight the country’s culinary heritage and the role of dairy products in everyday cooking.
The campaign draws on the common practice of adding cream, cheese and butter to traditional dishes and snacks. Lala links that custom with products made from 100% cow’s milk and presents dairy derivatives as part of the cultural and culinary relationship between Mexican households and local flavours.
Its product strategy includes several types of cream, including full-fat, reduced-fat and lactose-free versions. The promoted cheese range includes panela, Manchego, canasto and Oaxaca varieties. The company is also highlighting packaging intended to support practical use and more controlled serving sizes, alongside formulations presented as responses to consumer preferences for freshness, texture and traditional characteristics.
In commercial terms, the campaign covers supermarkets and traditional grocery shops. Lala is using recipe materials and culinary experiences to encourage a broader range of uses for cream and cheese in home cooking. The company said these categories provide more value-added opportunities than conventional fluid milk and that the campaign forms part of its effort to reinforce the Lala brand and defend its market position amid the presence of dairy imitations and substitutes.
The company also connected demand for cream and cheese with Mexico’s livestock supply chain. According to the campaign’s presentation, increased industrial processing of raw milk would support continued collection from the farms and dairies that supply Lala’s plants. The group said this supply is handled under food-safety requirements and with payments based on milk quality.
Lala positioned the campaign around proximity, generosity and shared enjoyment of food. It is being supported by the company’s national cold-chain distribution network, which links its dairy portfolio with retail and household consumption across the country.
