Greatview, a leading global supplier of aseptic carton packaging
solutions has announced the opening of a new plant in Perugia, Italy, through its major
shareholder, NewJF. The initiative aims to address increasing demand for European
sourced, environmentally conscious aseptic carton packaging for liquid foods.

The plant – referred to as “Greatview Italy” – was developed in partnership with CG Europoligrafico SpA, an Italian packaging manufacturer active since 1928. Its establishment marks a strategic expansion in Greatview’s European footprint, providing an additional option for dairy and beverage brands seeking locally manufactured packaging solutions.
Production will begin with the 200ml Slim Brick Plus, designed to accommodate a variety of liquid products and built with enhanced distribution durability. The pack features an extra-robust polymer barrier intended to support product safety, particularly for sensitive contents. The product will be produced from European raw materials with paperboard sourced from certified sustainably managed forests. Victor Lee, Group Executive President – International and Executive Director of Greatview, noted ongoing interest among beverage and dairy producers for alternative packaging suppliers.
He stated that the new facility was established in response to market research and conversations with prospective customers, and is intended to bolster regional support and supply flexibility. The factory will operate under established environmental protocols and certifications such as ISO 9001, BRC, and FSC. Greatview has indicated that the facility will be subject to ongoing assessments aimed at improving operations and advancing sustainability objectives. About Greatview Greatview is an aseptic packaging company formed in 2003 and is now listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It offers a total annual capacity of over 50 billion packs and with also the capabilities of filling machine and sealing strips production.
