FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2026 to host over 600 companies from 35 countries
The organizers attribute the exhibition's growth to the development of Kazakhstan's food industry. In 2025, the country's food production increased by 8.4%, while beverage production rose by 9.7%. In the first half of 2026, food production grew by a further 14.7%. In 2025, Kazakhstan commissioned 53 agricultural processing investment projects worth a total of 120.4 billion tenge. In January–April 2026, investment in the sector's fixed assets exceeded 389 billion tenge, more than doubling. Exports of processed products reached US$3.6 billion, accounting for 51.4% of total agricultural and food exports.
For the first time, the exhibition will feature a dedicated technology pavilion, No. 11, showcasing processing equipment and solutions, including those for the dairy and meat industries. It will also feature bottling lines, bakery and confectionery equipment, food ingredients and packaging.
The Asian exhibition presence will expand significantly, with more than 100 companies coming from China alone. Manufacturers from Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka and Japan will also participate. Companies from Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore will present products in the halal exhibition section for the first time. Poland will present a national stand organized with support from the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR). Joint displays will represent 21 Russian regions, as well as Kyrgyzstan, with more than 20 manufacturers, and Belarus. Announced participants include the Belarusian dairy holding Savushkin Product, as well as Miratorg, Cherkizovo, Brest Meat Processing Plant and Santa Bremor.
The exhibition will host the inaugural Food Business Forum 2026, organized jointly with the analytical agency INFOLine.
