ELEFQ Market Solutions Appointed Exclusive European Partner for FloUV UV-C Liquid Processing Technology for Dairy Sector
Partnership Overview
FloUV, a US-based deep-tech company and Tennessee State University (TSU College of Agriculture) spin-off specializing in precision UV-C liquid processing technology, and ELEFQ Market Solutions, a German sales cooperation based in Hamburg and Kiel, have entered into an exclusive commercial agency agreement for the European market.

Under the agreement, ELEFQ acts as the exclusive agent for FloUV within the European dairy sector and supports FloUV's broader European market development across adjacent liquid food and beverage applications. European customers will contract directly with FloUV; ELEFQ serves as the first point of commercial contact and supports technical qualification, market access, and account development.

The partnership becomes effective immediately. Commercial activities targeting European dairy, beverage, and ingredient processors will commence from the date of this announcement.

About FloUV Technology
FloUV is a precision UV-C liquid processing system designed to achieve validated microbial inactivation in opaque and viscous liquids, including milk, whey, brine, juice, and beverage streams, with or without the application of heat.

The technology combines advanced fluid dynamics engineering with controlled UV-C dose delivery to ensure uniform treatment across the full liquid volume. FloUV integrates as a standalone non-thermal system, as a pre-treatment to reduce thermal load before mild pasteurization, or as a post-treatment step to extend shelf life and reduce secondary contamination risk. This flexibility allows producers to adopt UV-C processing incrementally alongside existing thermal infrastructure.

FloUV processing eliminates or significantly reduces the thermal cycle for applicable liquid streams, reducing energy consumption by up to 90% and water demand by up to 80% compared to conventional thermal pasteurization. The result is a measurable sustainability advantage alongside improved product quality and new opportunities for shelf-life extension.
