Mlekoma Dairy, known for its specialization in the production of powdered skimmed milk, whey, and cream, has been partly owned by DMK since it acquired a 51% stake. The proposed deal involves purchasing the remaining 49% stake from its current co-owner, Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) based in Saudi Arabia.

This strategic acquisition is pending approval from relevant competition authorities. A DMK spokesperson highlighted the importance of the acquisition: "Taking over the entire sales organization of Mlekoma Dairy aligns with our objectives to strengthen our brand operations across Poland."

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition underscores DMK’s commitment to expanding its footprint in key international markets.
