In early May 2024, DeLaval successfully implemented technological equipment at the dairy farm of En-Dala LLP. Located 100 kilometers from Astana, in the village of Manshuk in the Tselinograd district of Akmola region, this farm for 1,500 dairy cows is now equipped with a rotary milking parlor E300 for 50 seats.

"The farm operates an innovative rotary milking parlor E300 with 50 seats, which has a large number of functions and technologies that ensure efficient milking of cows and get maximum information on the productivity and health of cows on the farm," DeLaval said.

The key advantage of the carousel design is the principle of fast flow, which ensures rhythmic, safe and calm milking with continuous movement of cows, creating comfortable conditions for farm staff and minimizing stress for animals.

In addition, the farm has installed the first robots in Kazakhstan and Central Asia for processing nipples after milking TSR, as well as a chiller for instant cooling of CWC milk. Additionally, horizontal milk storage tanks with a capacity of 16 tons and an electrohydraulic cow fitter ECG300 from DeLaval are used.

The farm is also equipped with a 2x5 Herringbone milking parlor for milking new-bodied animals. It is interesting to note that the farm uses a "cold" method of keeping cows in tent barns, which contributes to the creation of optimal conditions for their comfort and health.
