Building on the strong foundation reestablished over the past two years, Danone's future will be driven by science and innovation, operational excellence, and proactive portfolio management.

- Category Pivot: Gradual realignment of focus areas, particularly Protein and Gut Health.
- Business Model Expansion: Accelerating growth in Away-from-home and Medical Nutrition sectors.
- Geographic Footprint: Further expanding its global presence.

Financial Projections: Committed to a long-term value compounding model, Danone aims to consistently deliver attractive returns, expecting:

- Recurring operating income growth to outpace net sales growth.
This financial guidance is anticipated to enable Danone to achieve a structurally double-digit Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) and progress towards its long-term ambition of generating €3 billion in free cash flow.
