Danone announced the liquidation of its Azerbaijani subsidiary
The French food group Danone is ending its presence in Azerbaijan: LLC "Danone," registered in the country in November 2006, has announced the liquidation of its legal entity.
According to an official notice published in local media, creditors may submit their claims within two months at the following address: AZ1025, Baku, Khatai District, Khojaly Street, 37, Demirchi Tower Business Center, 21st floor.
The charter capital of the Azerbaijani subsidiary amounts to 390,460 manats, and its legal representative is listed as Khalilov Natig Azad oglu.
At the time of the liquidation announcement, Danone's main business partner in the country remains Avrora Qrup, which was responsible for distributing the French brand's products.
The reasons for the closure of the local legal entity have not been disclosed.
