Bringing 35 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods, food service, and beverage industries, Coletta has held senior leadership positions at renowned brands such as Peet’s Coffee, Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, and Quiznos.
In his new role, Coletta will focus on expanding Clover’s market presence and ensuring that every Californian has access to its premium dairy products. He will also uphold the company’s commitment to conscious dairy production and its involvement in local communities.
