Clark Farms in Delaware County Shuts Down Creamery Operations
Clark Farms, a fifth-generation dairy farm located in Delhi, New York, has decided to close its creamery operations. The announcement was made on January 28, 2026, through the farm's Facebook page. According to the statement, the closure follows years of providing dairy products to the local community and comes after 'careful consideration.'
The farm expressed gratitude for the community's support over the years, stating, 'It has been a great joy to be able to produce dairy products for the community over the last six years.' However, they did not disclose specific reasons for the closure, only mentioning that managing both the farm and the creamery to their standards was becoming challenging.
Despite the creamery's closure, the farm hopes this move is temporary. They plan to use the time to focus on other aspects of the farm to ensure its future success. In the meantime, the farm store will remain open until all remaining dairy products are sold out.
