ST ASSEMBLY, an assembly plant for CLAAS and HORSCH agricultural machinery, has invested over 2 million euros in its development in Kazakhstan.

ST ASSEMBLY LLP, a joint assembly plant for the CLAAS and HORSCH brands, concluded the year 2023 with increased production of agricultural machinery, deepened localization, and increased investments. The overall volume of agricultural machinery production in Petropavl increased by more than 1.5 times compared to the previous period. Significant growth was recorded in the production of CLAAS TRION combine harvesters and CLAAS XERION tractors, as well as HORSCH Sprinter HD and NT seeders. The company also made significant strides in the direction of development and localization of production, implementing a project under a special investment contract signed in 2021. The total investments in the development of the plant in 2023 amounted to over 2 million euros.
One of the company's important strategies is to increase the share of technological operations performed at the production site in Petropavl. Limited assembly of component units with mandatory quality control for CLAAS TRION combine harvesters and CLAAS XERION tractors is also planned.
ST ASSEMBLY LLP actively develops cooperation with Kazakhstani suppliers of components for agricultural machinery, entering into contracts for the supply of components and negotiating with new local suppliers.
To meet the need for qualified personnel, the company actively recruited production and engineering specialists, most of whom underwent production internships at CLAAS group plants abroad.
