Bavaria Invites Dairy Companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for a Business Mission on Technology Exchange and Partnerships

From October 26 to 31, 2025, a business trip Bayern – Fit for Partnership will take place in Bavaria, focused on advanced dairy production and processing technologies. The program is organized by the Delegation of German Economy in Central Asia (AHK Zentralasien) with the support of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Bavaria Invites Dairy Companies from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan for a Business Mission on Technology Exchange and Partnerships

The event is aimed at executives and technologists in the dairy industry interested in modernizing production facilities, implementing energy-efficient solutions, and establishing long-term relationships with German enterprises.

Key topics include:

  • design and automation of dairy farms and processing facilities;

  • improving the quality of raw materials and finished products;

  • sustainable production and waste reduction (water, energy, CO₂);

  • latest developments in packaging, logistics, and R&D;

  • staff training and experience exchange between countries.

As part of the business mission, the following are planned:
  • visits to leading Bavarian dairy enterprises and research institutes;
  • visit to the Dairy Industry Center in Kempten and a specialized exhibition;

    Join the 2nd MENA Dairy Congress on January 24–25 in Al Ain, UAE — a key meeting point for dairy industry leaders, producers, investors, experts, and technology providers from across the MENA region and beyond.

  • meetings with equipment suppliers, experts, and industry associations;

  • familiarization visit to a Bavarian supermarket for assortment and pricing policy analysis;

  • final event at the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs in Munich.

The participation fee is €35 per day (total €175 for 5 days). Participants cover their own airfare and visa costs. The host covers accommodation, transport, meals, and translation. A second participant from the company can join as self-financed (about €800).

Working languages: Russian and German (with simultaneous translation).

The program requires mandatory attendance for all 5 days.
