Avioincar has launched new plastic aging racks for cheese maturation, aiding in better ventilation and reduced mould formation. These racks come in varying heights and are compliant with CE regulations.
Avioincar Introduces Innovative Plastic Aging Racks for Cheese Production

Avioincar has introduced a new line of plastic aging racks designed for the ripening, brining, and drying of cheeses. These racks facilitate optimal ventilation, which aids in the seasoning process and reduces mould formation, according to the company's statement.

The stackable design of these racks is particularly beneficial for cheeses like pecorino, caprini, and caciotte. The racks' perforated and raised structure ensures excellent air circulation, accelerating the maturation process while minimizing the risk of mould.

Available in three different heights—150, 180, or 210mm—the racks are adaptable depending on the size of the cheese. They can be efficiently stacked on euro pallets or fitted with wheels, maximizing the use of available space.

Manufactured from food-grade polypropylene, the racks are offered in white or blue and come in dimensions of 760 by 580 by 210mm, 180mm, or 150mm. They are produced using certified raw materials, ensuring their suitability for contact with food, in accordance with CE regulations and directives.

The use of euro pallets allows for easy maneuverability in storage and seasoning areas, enhancing operational efficiency in cheese production environments.
