ARSA: Social Impact, New Administrator, and Judicial Advances

The illegal abandonment of the ARSA VICENTÍN plant in Arenaza has caused significant economic and social disruptions in the region. With the halting of production, well-known brands such as Postres Shimy, Flan Casero SanCor, and Lechelita have vanished from the markets, severely impacting both the production system and the points of sale, and resulting in loss of income for many families.
This critical situation raises concerns for about 200 workers and their families facing economic hardship and uncertainty about their employment prospects. The Arenaza plant is the largest employer in the Lincoln area.
Amid this turmoil, Fernando Calero from Córdoba has been appointed as the new administrator of the factory, taking over from Oreste Vicente who resigned recently. Calero steps into a challenging environment.
Simultaneously, the judiciary has made progress with the inventory of ARSA VICENTÍN's assets under a restraining order issued by Judge Daniela Martín. The inventory was completed this Wednesday, marking a pivotal step in the investigation following the 'asset stripping' complaint filed by Atilra Junín.
