Arla Foods Ingredients and Alchemy Agencies have announced a new distribution partnership aimed at serving the performance nutrition market in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. This engagement, effective immediately, focuses mainly on the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets as part of Arla's strategy to expand sales in Southeast Asia and ANZ/Oceania. Alchemy Agencies, a distributor of specialty food and beverage ingredients, plays a vital role in this partnership.
The agreement includes five main brands from Arla Foods Ingredients' premium range: Lacprodan whey protein isolate, Capolac, MicelPure, Nutrilac PB-8420, and Nutrilac MFGM. The ANZ region ranks second globally in per capita spending on sports nutrition products, which encompass bars, drinks, and powder shakes. Furthermore, Australia is classified as the world's third-largest sports nutrition market, as per Euromonitor.
