Aproleche Osorno conducted its Annual Assembly of Members 2026 with high participation from producers, during which the organization reviewed its management and financial performance over the past year. The assembly was led by Marcos Winkler, the association's president, who emphasized the importance of their work in representing dairy producers' interests and institutional collaboration.

During the assembly, the 2025 Activity Report was presented, highlighting collaborations with organizations such as the Corporación de Desarrollo del Sur, the NGO Campo Seguro, Fedecarne, the Los Lagos Integrated Territorial Program for Beef, and the Dairy Consortium. The members unanimously approved the annual report and financial balance for 2025, following presentations by Treasurer Daniel Held and the Audit Committee's report.

A significant milestone was the presentation of the fully digital 2025 Annual Report, showcasing the association's commitment to modernization and institutional efficiency. The assembly also saw the partial renewal of the board for the period 2026-2028, with Marcos Winkler, José Luis Vallarino, and Daniel Held being re-elected. Diego Gebauer joined the board, alongside existing directors Carlos Gebauer, Sylvia Richards, and Gabriela Serrano.

Institutional strengthening was highlighted as a key achievement, reflected in an active agenda, increased participation in public and private forums, and growth in membership. Marcos Winkler expressed satisfaction with the transparency of their work and the challenges ahead. Anita Jans, manager of Aproleche Osorno, emphasized efforts to improve communication with the community to enhance awareness of dairy production's contributions.

One noted aspect was the involvement of a new generation in guild work. New director Diego Gebauer shared his personal and professional motivation to join the board, aiming to support the dairy sector's growth and sustainability for future generations.

The assembly concluded with a camaraderie session among producers and leaders, reinforcing Aproleche Osorno's commitment to a sustainable, competitive dairy industry with strong representation in facing economic and production challenges.
