ANFAŞ Food Product and Hotel Equipment Exhibitions to Take Place in Antalya in January 2027

ANFAŞ Food Product will be held for the 33rd time, bringing together food and beverage manufacturers, ingredient and equipment suppliers, packaging solution providers, retailers and representatives of the HoReCa sector.

The exhibition will feature dairy products, meat and meat products, frozen foods, bakery products, confectionery, beverages, vegetable oils, spices and processed agricultural products, as well as solutions for packaging, food safety and logistics.

The 37th ANFAŞ Hotel Equipment exhibition, dedicated to equipment and technologies for hotels, restaurants and foodservice businesses, will be held alongside the food exhibition. Its focus areas will include professional kitchen and refrigeration equipment, hotel and restaurant furnishings, storage systems and other solutions for the hospitality industry.

The organisers plan to arrange meetings between manufacturers, exporters, distributors, retail buyers and HoReCa representatives. The business programme will primarily focus on B2B meetings and discussions regarding supplies to Türkiye and neighbouring markets.

According to the official ANFAŞ Food Product website, more than 240 companies and over 850 brands are expected to participate in the exhibition. Attendance is projected to exceed 25,000 industry professionals, including approximately 2,500 international visitors. The organiser expects participants from more than 40 countries.

The dairy industry will be one of the segments represented in the food exhibition. The event may feature finished dairy products, ice cream, ingredients, packaging, refrigeration equipment and solutions for supplying products to retail chains and the foodservice sector.
