Starting his journey with Danone Romania in 2004 as a Regional Sales Manager, Pascu has played a pivotal role in the company's expansion and success across various markets. His career trajectory includes notable positions such as Country Manager for Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, and the Adriatic countries, and more recently, Vice President of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe.

As Danone Romania marks its 25th anniversary of local production at the Bucharest yogurt factory, Pascu expressed his commitment to enhancing the company's investment in Romania and the broader region. His plans include further developing Danone's product portfolio while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. "We will continue the company’s mission to bring health through food to the region we lead and we will place a special emphasis on sustainable practices, integrating social and environmental responsibility in all our activities," Pascu stated.

In his expanded leadership role, Pascu will oversee operations across Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Moldova, Albania, and the Adriatic countries, managing three key business categories: fresh dairy products, plant-based products, and baby and medical nutrition.
