Acrylicon Polymers Opens Representation in Central Asia and Will Present Solutions for Food Production at Exhibition in Astana

The dairy industry is among the most demanding in terms of sanitation and operating conditions. Production facilities are daily exposed to milk and its derivatives, organic acids, moisture, as well as aggressive cleaning agents. Regular CIP cleaning cycles, which subject surfaces to intense chemical and temperature impacts, pose significant challenges," recalls Anna Plaksiy, Commercial Director of AcryliCon Central Asia. 

According to Acrylicon Polymers GmbH, under such conditions, flooring must meet heightened requirements. They need to be seamless, resistant to chemicals and multiple cleaning cycles, non-absorbent, and provide ease of sanitary maintenance. 

Industry experts note that in the design and modernization of dairy facilities, not only the initial cost of solutions but also their operational performance—resistance to stress, ease of maintenance, and reduction of unplanned downtimes—are gaining increasing importance.

The opening of Acrylicon Polymers' representation in Central Asia will allow the company to work closer to the region's enterprises, take into account the climatic and operational features of local productions, and establish direct interaction with technologists, designers, and maintenance services.
