Previously utilized as a metals recycling facility, the property was acquired by Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage in 2022 and has been specifically retrofitted for Kemps’ requirements. This tactical reuse of urban land aligns with Kemps’ aim to optimize operations surrounding their Minneapolis bottling facility. A representative from Kemps’ parent company, Dairy Farmers of America, emphasized that this development "not only strengthens our Minneapolis operations but further supports our continued growth."
