The plant will handle up to 8 million pounds of milk daily from over 100 regional farms, reflecting a $1 billion investment. This initiative not only creates 200 direct jobs but also supports 1,000 additional positions indirectly. In line with U.S. Dairy's 2050 stewardship goals, the facility incorporates cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices, including low-emission burners and advanced wastewater treatment.
